CLASSES DESIGNED FOR ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS
Whether you are new to training, looking to get back in shape, or have more competitive aspirations in mind, we have a program designed especially for you. We have your goals in mind, and will strive to meet and exceed them together in a safe, clean, & fun environment.
We offer Single Day guest passes for visitors, as well as THREE choices for our memberships which include Muay Thai and Boxing, our Grappling Program which combines Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, and our UNLIMITED MMA membership which gives you access to all of the programs available at our facility. We have membership rates that are deeply discounted for Families, Military, Police, Fireman, and College Students (proof is required).
Our Gi and No Gi beginner program is designed to get our students accustomed to the basic techniques needed for grappling. This includes helping to provide a solid foundation in the core areas: the Guard and the Mount. Beginners will also learn and practice break falls, escapes, positioning, leverage, and opening the guard. Classes begin with a warm up session followed by instructor led teaching which ensures you are fully understanding what you are learning.
In the beginner program you will learn the basic skills in Muay Thai and Boxing which include how to punch, kick, strike using the elbows and knees, and blocking. Some classes will be more cardio based while others will be devoted to technique. In our classes cardio and technique go hand in hand, you can’t have one without the other. Some of the things you can expect to do in this class are, jumping rope, working the heavy bag, doing drills with a partner, doing pad work, shadowboxing, push ups, Ab work, and light sparring. Once you have advanced to the next level you will focus on contact sparring, advanced pad work, and the clinch.
This is the ultimate program, combining the techniques acquired in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing/Striking, and Wrestling. MMA is the most demanding of all the fighting sports designed to test strength and endurance. Our MMA Program requires one to acclimate to spontaneous situations and demonstrate technique on an opponent successfully. You will discover the best kept secret about MMA-the best fighting competitors must know how to use their minds equally with martial art techniques.
Our Women Only Boot Camp is an individualized exercise program designed to bring results that you can see and feel in a short amount of time. Women workout different than men so we target specific muscle groups that women like to target the most. It has been structured to bring the personalized attention of working one on one with a trainer but at a fraction of the cost. From the fitness newbie to a seasoned vet, each class offers levels and modifications so every woman can sweat up a storm with us and be challenged but never overwhelmed!
Our award winning Youth Mixed Martial Arts & Life Skills program is a hit with both kids and parents! The kids have a blast learning their techniques while the parents appreciate the Life Skills development from the training. A Martial Arts education from Ultimate MMA & Jiu-jitsu Trainng Center gives kids the specific Life Skills they need to get ahead in life, allowing them to grow up and be happier, healthier and more successful. Students learn that they can accomplish anything if they are willing to work hard enough and not give up. Martial Arts training in our program consists of much, much more than just punches and kicks.
