  • Stay Casino App Guide: How to Sign Up, Deposit, and Play Smartly

    December 21, 2015 by seoengine

Whether you are a first-time visitor or returning to Stay casino, this guide covers the essential features you need to know.

    Getting Ready

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a modern browser or the mobile-optimized website (PWA) installed from your browser menu.
    • Prepare a valid email address and a phone number for account verification.
    • Have a form of ID ready (passport or driver’s license) for the KYC process.
    • Decide on a payment method: credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or bank transfer are commonly accepted.
    • Set a budget for your gaming session – never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
    • Read the terms and conditions, especially wagering requirements for bonuses.

    How to Sign Up

    1. Visit the official website and click the “Sign Up” or “Register” button.
    2. Fill in the registration form with your personal details: full name, date of birth, email, and phone number.
    3. Choose a username and a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
    4. Select your preferred currency from the available options.
    5. Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit the form.
    6. Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. Some accounts may require SMS verification.
    7. Complete the KYC process by uploading a photo of your ID and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).

    Bonus Mathematics

Understanding bonus mathematics helps you evaluate offers critically. Consider a common welcome bonus: 100% match up to €200 with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

Important: Wagering requirement applies only to the bonus unless stated otherwise. For a €100 deposit, you receive a €100 bonus. You must wager 35 × €100 = €3,500 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

Expected loss calculation: Assuming a game with 96% RTP (house edge 4%). The expected loss during wagering is 4% × €3,500 = €140. If your initial deposit + bonus is €200, your expected remaining balance after wagering is €200 – €140 = €60. However, variance means you could end with more or less.

If the bonus has a max cashout of 10x bonus (€1,000), you must also consider that. The probability of reaching that is low, but it caps potential upside.

Formula: Expected Value (EV) = (Bonus Amount × (1 – House Edge)^Wagering Requirement) – Wagering Requirement × House Edge. For precise EV, use a calculator.

    Deposits & Withdrawals

Payment Method Min Deposit Min Withdrawal Processing Time
    Visa/Mastercard €10 €20 1–3 business days
    Skrill €10 €10 Instant to 24 hours
    Neteller €10 €10 Instant to 24 hours
    Bank Transfer €20 €50 3–7 business days

Deposits are usually instant. Withdrawals require prior verification and may be subject to fees depending on the method. Always check the cashier for exact limits.

    Licence & Player Protection

This casino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence. While not as strict as MGA or UKGC, the platform uses SSL encryption to protect data and promotes responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and reality checks. Important: For players in EU/Nordic countries, winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax. Consult your tax authority or a financial advisor. Always verify the licence validity on the official regulator’s website.

    Troubleshooting

    • Login issues: Clear browser cache, try a different browser, or reset your password via the “Forgot Password” link. If using the stay casino login on mobile, ensure the PWA is up to date.
    • Verification delays: Ensure all uploaded documents are clear, not expired, and match the registered name. Contact support if more than 48 hours pass.
    • Deposit not credited: Refresh the cashier page after 5 minutes. If still missing, provide the transaction ID to support.
    • Withdrawal pending for too long: Check if you have met wagering requirements. If so, contact live chat. Withdrawals may be reviewed manually.
    • Game not loading: Update your browser or enable WebGL. Disable ad blockers for the casino domain.
    • Bonus not triggering: Ensure you entered the bonus code during deposit and that the deposit amount meets the minimum.

    Common Questions

What is the minimum age to play?

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the link sent to you.

    Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will be closed and funds confiscated.

Which games contribute 100% to wagering?

Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer games often contribute less (10–20%). Check the bonus terms for each game category.

    How long does KYC take?

Usually within 24–48 hours after submitting valid documents. During peak times, it may take longer.

Is the stay casino app available on Google Play?

There is no native app; instead, you can use the mobile-optimized website or install the progressive web app (PWA) directly from your browser.

    What currencies are accepted?

EUR, USD, GBP, and several other fiat currencies, plus cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

    Can I self-exclude?

Yes. Go to responsible gaming settings or contact support to set a self-exclusion period.

    Insider Advice

For the best return-to-player (RTP), focus on video slots from providers like NetEnt and Yggdrasil, which often have RTPs above 97%. Avoid progressive jackpot slots if you are chasing bonus wagering, as they sometimes have lower RTPs (around 88–92%). Also, table games like blackjack and baccarat (with proper strategy) offer high RTPs (99%+), but check the contribution percentage toward wagering requirements first.

Always prioritize games that suit your style and budget. Remember, the house edge always works in the long run, so treat bonuses as a way to extend playtime, not a guaranteed profit.

I specifically wanted to train Marcelo Garcia Jiu Jitsu and that's exactly what you'll get here, in both Gi and No Gi. Along with Boxing, Muay Thai, and a women's boot camp, your younger children can come to train and learn a skill that will not only offer them a safe, fun environment, but serve them the rest of their lives. This facility is large, clean and packed full of competitive champions. Not only do they get out there and do it, but they get out there and keep doing it. No one is made to feel uncomfortable at any age or skill level. They have female instructors as well as males and the women teach the younger kids. My daughter went for her trial day and she loved it. They make the kids classes fun. I've been coming close to six months now and I haven't met one person that wasn't kind or helpful. I really look forward to training here a long time, making new friends with nice people and entering Jiu Jitsu competitions. The trial class is free with no commitment. Come give it a try, it will change and improve your life for the better.

If there was one place to send your child to learn self defense, and more importantly, confidence, this would be the place. The staff not only knows what they are talking about, but they take a personal approach to every person that is part of the Ultimate MMA family. Contact them today to know that your child is getting the best guidance in the area.

Fun, friendly environment. Completely different than most would expect. The staff and students are all great mannered, friendly, fun and challenging. You won't be disappointed, also like to add how clean the gym and facilities are.

Andrew Calandrelli is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is also a talented teacher. I've been to other martial arts schools, some good, some not so much and I have never had the quality of instruction that I've had at this school. Andrew's staff is professional, friendly and have a sincere love for what they do. The facility is exactly what you would imagine a great school to be. The students range in skill level from beginner to expert, but I've noticed that if you train with someone who is much better than you are, it's likely that they'll take a moment to give you some tips to make you better. Great staff, great students, great facility. No need to go anywhere else.”
