The Gi uniform will be required for 6:00PM Jiu Jitsu class every Tuesday and Thursday. If you do not have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi uniform, you are welcome to purchase one through us.
In the Gi class, there will now be regular stripe and belt promotions every 6 months. You must be attending the Gi and No-Gi classes regularly to be eligible for stripes and belt promotions.
If you currently do the Gi program, and your schedule does not allow for you to train at 6:00PM, there will also be open mat and technique/drills taught
for Gi Jiu Jitsu at 8:00PM.
