Here at Ultimate MMA & Jiu Jitsu Training Center, a lot of the ladies like the option of mixing in Boot Camp and Muay Thai (kick-boxing) training. Muay Thai training is realistic self-defense training, while also getting in a full-body workout, breaking a good sweat, and getting your cardio in without the dreaded treadmill! We have multiple classes that are beginner friendly, which focus on the fundamentals to ensure systematic progression.
Marisa Messer-Belenchia is our Women's Only Boot Camp instructor. Marisa has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2012, and prides herself on training each individual safely and effectively. Marisa has competed in Bikini Fitness Competitions in the past, and is currently an active Professional MMA fighter and boxer.
Here at Ultimate MMA & Jiu Jitsu Training Center, our Boot Camp class is time for the Ladies Only! You do not need to be at any certain fitness level to join class. Our Boot Camp consists of a full-body workout, utilizing body weight exercises, free weights, stability balls, medicine balls, weighted bars, and more. Each workout is structured ahead of time, yet is customized per individual if there are any personal restrictions.
