FOR KIDS:
Kids in our 8-13 year old program can purchase a WHITE sleeve rash guard (available in long or short sleeve) and Grappling shorts for Saturdays practices/tournaments.

Our 4 to 7 year old program can purchase a WHITE sleeve rash guard (available in long or short sleeve) to wear in place of their school t-shirt on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

FOR ADULTS:

Long sleeve and short sleeve rash guards are both available even if though you will only see long sleeve pictured.

**PLEASE NOTE**
WHITE sleeves are acceptable for any ranking to wear.
However, other than that you must purchase your CURRENT belt ranking.

All-black and colored sleeves are for current belt ranking representation.

If you know you are close to a promotion you are welcome to purchase the next ranking up, however you are ONLY ALLOWED TO WEAR your CURRENT Jiu Jitsu belt ranking in classes.

This is a universal Jiu jitsu practice that should be honored.

I specifically wanted to train Marcelo Garcia Jiu Jitsu and that's exactly what you'll get here, in both Gi and No Gi. Along with Boxing, Muay Thai, and a women's boot camp, your younger children can come to train and learn a skill that will not only offer them a safe, fun environment, but serve them the rest of their lives. This facility is large, clean and packed full of competitive champions. Not only do they get out there and do it, but they get out there and keep doing it. No one is made to feel uncomfortable at any age or skill level. They have female instructors as well as males and the women teach the younger kids. My daughter went for her trial day and she loved it. They make the kids classes fun. I've been coming close to six months now and I haven't met one person that wasn't kind or helpful. I really look forward to training here a long time, making new friends with nice people and entering Jiu Jitsu competitions. The trial class is free with no commitment. Come give it a try, it will change and improve your life for the better.
